Brown vs Board A Case Analysis

For this action project we were required to choose a Supreme Court case that we felt change the course of American history. I chose the case Brown versus Board of Education because I believe it has the greatest impact on American education today. Without this case have going through the Supreme Court schools may still be segregated and people's job opportunities and college opportunities would definitely not be the same. This case also inspired me because it helps challenge the Plessy versus Ferguson laws about separate but equal. If it's not acceptable in schools why should be acceptable anywhere else, this really opens the eyes to white people and black people in America to how wrong it was to separate each other. This case also went into depth on how separating kids by race is detrimental to their education.
